Customers placing advertisements must hold legal title giving the right to sell or rent the property or have power of attorney in law to offer the property on behalf of the owner. For the avoidance of doubt norwich-propeties will not be liable for any information, measurements and descriptions that are misleading with intent to deceive. Where such a case arises we will act immediately to remove the advertisement from the website. Under such circumstances a refund will not be given.
Our Responsibilities
Norwich-properties.com will allow the customer to list a property on the website until ‘sold or let’ up to the chosen advertising period. The website will provide the facility to allow buyers and sellers to make contact via email. We will use all reasonable endeavours to maintain the website in full operational condition and ensure reasonable precautions are adopted to maintain website security. Norwich-properties.com makes no warranties or representations that the service will be uninterrupted due to the technical nature of websites.
Modification
Norwich-properties.com reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Norwich-properties.com has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
Limitation of Liability
Norwich-properties.com will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the website.
